Dr. Dwyer received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and completed his D.P.M. at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed a Preceptorship under Dr. Michael Peterson. Dr. Dwyer was in private practice in Sycamore, IL before coming to MOI in 2001.

On Caring for Podiatric Patients . . .

“It’s amazing how many people restrict their enjoyment of life because of problems with their feet. I see patient’s who live with unnecessary pain from simple foot ailments that can easily be addressed and resolved. I really enjoy helping older people who cannot see or reach their feet become more active, more social, more comfortable, and free from pain. Treating patients is more than just looking at their feet, though. I get a lot of pleasure from the bond that I forge with my patients and seeing them leave my office with a smile on their face.”
