On Treating Patients…
I love what I do. As a foot and ankle specialist, my time is divided between surgical and non-surgical patients. That puts me a in a position to educate my patients about the best possible treatment options and to exhaust all conservative options prior to considering surgery. I enjoy utilizing time-tested treatments as well as the latest technology to return my patients to their activities as quickly as possible. If the problem does require surgery, my training and access to MOI’s state-of-the-art facilities enables me to assist my patients throughout their entire treatment.
On Practicing Podiatry…
Foot problems affect the quality of everyday life, and we can often do something that provides immediate relief for the patient. I truly enjoy guiding and comforting the patient and family from the time of an acute injury, through the surgical correction, and eventually to completed recovery. Seeing the excitement in the eyes of an athlete after returning them to the field from an injury can be the highlight of a day.
When I’m not Practicing Medicine…
I cherish every second I can spend with my wife and two boys. Watching the kid’s enthusiasm for sports is a thrill. The boys keep us busy with participating and attending sporting events throughout the year. I feel as though my life will be complete when the four of us can complete eighteen holes of golf as a family foursome.
