On Practicing Physical Therapy…
“I wanted to go into a Health Care profession where I could have one-on-one contact with patients. As a physical therapist, we get to work directly with our patients two or three times a week and we get to form a relationship with them – a real bond.”
On Being Experienced…
“I have experience in many types of healthcare settings. I’ve worked in hospitals, long-term care clinics, and in-home health. I am able to pull together all of the aspects of those experiences to provide care to my patients. I know what they’re going through, whether they are a senior, a working adult, or a teenager. I’ll work with a patient who is 99 years old, and then I’ll work with a 16 year old. I consider that my strength – to be able to work with every age group.”
